How old is she in magician years?

Good start, she looks good. The amulet or necklace looks cool, should make it a bit more even tho, clothes are simple and look good. Cool color for the hair, with the blue with red highlights. The char. seems to have a little too small of a head proportional to her body, And having 2 views of the char. make the picture a little strange. You should not have the char. setup for some analysis, but more of what she will be doing in your story.
So just adjust the picture to however you seem fit, and i hope to see more art!
